What is the difference between a four season sunroom, a three season sunroom or a two season sunroom? The amount of seasons per year that these rooms can be used is what determines the way people refer to these types of sunrooms. So if you want to use your sunroom year round and you live in a climate that requires that your home be heated to be comfortable, you need an insulated and heated sunroom. Therefore a four season sunroom. If you insulate and don't install heat you will be limited to the amount of seasons your room will be comfortable perhaps two or three seasons.
