We have removed an existing deck to build a new four season addition off the kitchen. First we build and temporarily support the main floor structure. |
The next thing is to add a support beam under the structure, pour concrete footings, and continue with our framing work. |

Now that the support beam and concrete footings are completed we are ready to install the exterior finish trim and roofing shingles.

The deck is also supported by a beam and concrete footings. The deck frame is pressure treated lumber with mahogany decking and railings.
