We are going to demo this existing deck and build a new 16' x 16' deck. |
We are using 2" x 12" pressure treated lumber for the frame. The decking material will be 1" x4" mahogany with mahogany handrails and balusters. |

After all the decking is installed we lag our 4" x 4" posts to the frame with 4 1/2" galvanized lags and washers. |
With all our railings installed we only need to remove the temporary bracing and forms on the concrete work. |
